Land - Terreno

Abrazo House is located on just under an acre (0.4 ha) of former pasture. We are developing the land as a forest garden - a low-maintenance, highly productive ecosystem based on perennial trees and shrubs, modeled on the woodlands which are the native climax vegetation in our temperate maritime climate. These images show some steps in the gradual process of developing a forest garden, together with other photos of the land and the projects we have been doing.

Abrazo House está situada en casi 0.4 ha de antiguo pasto. Estamos desarrollando el terreno como bosque comestible - un ecosistema de bajo mantenimiento y alta productividad basado en árboles y arbustos perrenes, modelado en los bosques que son la vegetación nativa en nuestro clima templado marítimo.
